Report on Putnam County Trails 

Ken's report:  Did some initial research -- found some news reports and phone numbers.  Especially this report: 

Putnam County News & Reporter story -- October 10, 2001 

which says that the 1.8 miles on the south end connecting with Westchester country were completed back on October 2001.  And I've talked with a guy who rode that section.  

So it looks like the only section that is paved so far is from Baldwin Place (at the south end on the border with Westchester county) north to Mahopac.
