Routes + Places
The problem with the New Paltz area for road skating is lots of
traffic on the north-south roads. So it's not so easy to make
up a nice loop route. Instead we'll talk about individual
roads.
We've heard that some people skate north from New Paltz village
on some sections of Huguenot St and Old Kingston Rd, and on Plains
Rd south from New Paltz village, but we haven't tried either in a
long time.
Northeast of New Paltz
One area with some quieter roads is to the northeast of New Paltz
